KJV-1611 Authorized Version Topsites The Fundamental Top 500
top of page

Believers are no longer citizens of this nation nor this world. We have now become foreigners, pilgrims and strangers to this nation and this world.

Under the Mosaic Law, participation in government was encouraged. Remember, this Law functioned to address the needs of national Israel and their physical kingdom. The New Testament Church is distinct from Old Testament Israel in that it’s a spiritual Kingdom governed by spiritual principles looking PAST this physical world. As such, its recourse is neither physical nor political.

There are several reasons for this:

In the Old Testament God had a physical Kingdom and He used this physical Kingdom for His Glory.

In the New Testament God has no physical Kingdom on earth but a Spiritual one. God is no longer raising and lowering kings or kingdoms. He has no physical, earthly interest in the Kingdoms and affairs on earth during our Age. Of course He knows exactly what will happen throughout the Church age but He influences none of it. Consider for a moment why God in the New Testament tells us to pray for those in human government authority? There is no command in the Old Testament similar to that. It is because He did not install them and He has no influence over any of them by His own Choice and His Own Righteous Principals. Our effectual and fervent prayers for these worldly leaders are to be Spiritual only in nature for their salvation. In the last age or generation, God works only through individuals, not governments or populations. Governments have been given over by God to satan and satan has full control over them as the "god" of this world.

God will sort the nations out after Mystery Babylon and all her harlot denominations are destroyed and He Returns to establish finally His Righteous Kingdom on earth separating the goats from the sheep.

World Governments are Beast Systems:

World governments and political establishments are under the temporal power and authority of the “god of this world”. They are blind to God’s principles and refuse to answer to His authority (regardless of any of their claims):

Matthew 4: 8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 And saith unto him,
All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

**Note the wording below in the Gospel of Luke:

Luke 4: 5-7 KJV  And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.  And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Did our Lord dispute Satan's offer? Did Jesus tell Satan he was lying about owning the world's governments and having the power to do with them as he wills? No, of course He did not. If Satan were lying Jesus would have called him on it.

Jesus only rebuked him for tempting Him, he did not dispute Satan's ability to offer them up.

When our Lord Returns to reclaim His earth and begin His global Reign He is reclaiming it from Satan remember. He has the beast and false prophet thrown directly into the Lake of Fire and has Satan chained in the bottomless pit for 1000 years.

Colossians 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Ephesians 2:1  And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
[2] Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that
now worketh in the children of disobedience:
[3] Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

2 Corthinians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

God did let Satan have the governments of the world, God gave it all over to him at the birth of our Lord.

You see, in the New Testament our Lord refers to Satan as the "god" of this world, the prince of the power of the air, the ruler of darkness in high places, etc. Now contrast these titles with the Old Testament and you will see that He never referred to Satan like that before the birth of our Lord or the war in Heaven just before our Lord's birth summarized parenthetically in Revelation Chapter 12.

Please consider Romans 13: 1-2. Our Lord instituted government authority and His Command refers to the offices (institutions) and never specific people. Compared to those Old Testament instances our Lord raised or lowered kings by name. No instance of that occurs in the New Testament including Revelation for a clear reason. Which is very relevant since Daniel's visions describe the last several kingdoms on earth prior to our Lord's Return in Flaming Fire as beasts.

In the book of Daniel, God shows him a vision in which four beasts rise out of the sea (Daniel 7:1-26). These “beasts” correspond to world governments or empires. After them, Daniel sees a man, described as the “Ancient of Days”, setting up an everlasting government that eclipses all the ones prior.

How interesting that the final government is symbolized by Jesus Christ—while all the preceding ones are depicted as “beasts”. Daniel’s vision is just more evidence of an important lesson. In this church age (the last time) and until Christ’s Kingdom arrives to replace the ruler ship of "beasts", we exist in a world governed by satan.

Our Lord raises no kings, kingdoms or nations in this age nor does He put them down. It is an obvious and logical conclusion that He is no longer vested in the human governments of the world because He no longer maintains a physical nation of earth during the New Testament church age. Along with the fact that God gave satan full control of the earth as the god of this world's socioeconomic systems, the evidence is indisputable.

A basic understanding of the difference between the Old Testament way God deals with man and the New Testament way are the polar opposites. Faith came by sight in the Old Testament and Faith comes without sight in the New Testament.

Now if all governments are typified by beasts, headed up by the “god of this world” (Satan), why would we cast our vote for any of them? Why would we serve them militarily in order to advance their “beastly” agendas?

Note the interesting correlation explaining why God refers to the last ruler of the world system before His Return as "the beast"!

Why would we want to fill the role of political leader or enforce government justice when we understand these positions to be corrupted by Satan’s control? The answer is clear, we don’t! As Christians, we have our own priorities to mind, and we should let the world mind theirs.

We are to live only to show the world Christ's Spiritual Kingdom now and His physical Kingdom to come. Not to promote or support the temporary and fraudulent beast systems of the world controlled totally by Satan.

Hebrews Chapter 11: READ ALL OF IT

This is what the BEASTS world system (government) did to our Lord and His followers:

Our Lord: reviled, hated, penniless, homeless, spoken evil against falsely, falsely accused, arrested, tortured and crucified.

Apostles/disciples-first century recorded in Scripture: Shamed, spoken evil of falsely, beaten, imprisoned, tortured, penniless, stripes upon stripes, homeless, shipwrecked, laid wait upon, murdered for Christ.

John 15: 18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

When individuals trust on Christ a change of allegiance takes place. Such become members of a spiritual Kingdom and are called to mind the affairs that forward God’s agenda, not man’s:

We look forward to Christ's Righteous Kingdom coming soon where only true Righteous Judgement will occur not misguided by the pride, envy and greed of wicked. The Agenda will be God's Holy and Righteous Agenda and not the agendas of sinful men driven by their lusts for more.

In other words, it will be corruption free and truly Just!

We become Spiritual Soldiers for Christ with weapons of Spiritual warfare and not physical warfare.

2Timothy 2:4 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Ephesians 6: [12] For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
[13] Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
[14] Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
[15] And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
[16] Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
[17] And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
[18] Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Before we believed we were “strangers and foreigners” to God’s Kingdom but fully invested citizens of the world and whatever nation we lived in. However, once we believed on Christ Jesus, a reverse action TOOK PLACE in our hearts by His Holy Spirit. We then reverse the roles and become “strangers and pilgrims” in the world, and terminate our former way of life, loyalties and citizenship in our hearts. For this reason, Jesus made it clear that while His followers were in the world, they were not to be part of the world system and its principles.

Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Once regenerated by the Holy Spirit we realize it by our new desire to change our citizenship from the world to Heaven.

Phil 3: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, (RAPTURE) according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God.

I Peter 1:1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia.

I Peter 2: 11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.

The political world is openly antagonistic to Christian principles and is riddled with humanist thinking.

There are no Scriptures to indicate that the Christian should attempt to influence things for good through political processes and activities. The world and its system is a LOST CAUSE and will not be changed and the LORD DOES NOT WANT US TO WASTE A SINGLE SECOND ON THE TEMPORARY WORLD SYSTEM WHICH HE WILL SOON DESTROY WITH THE BRIGHTNESS OF HIS COMING.

There is no "Christian nationalism" in Scripture. Quite the opposite. As previously discussed, our Lord's Kingdom in our time resides only in the hearts of every true follower of Christ world wide. It has no capital, no visible government, no land, no borders. There has never been nor is there now a "Christian" nation anywhere on earth. Our Lord's true followers are pilgrims passing through preaching His Gospel until our True King Returns.

And nobody is going to make one except our Lord Himself and His will be a true and righteous government. Not the globalist fake counterfeit of their new world order nor the pipe dream counterfeit of an alternate society. Satan is in charge of any government on earth that he wants to be during this "last time" by God's decision and he won't allow it. It is already written from the foundation.

Our place, out interests, our energy, our treasure, our wealth, our time should ONLY be applied to our real future with Christ. We have nothing to do with this fake world system ran by Satan.

The New Testament does not advocate engagement in politics, social movements or schemes for reform, even though the conditions at the time of writing were generally appalling. The early church concerned itself

with the inward change which only the gospel could produce, and with teaching and encouraging Spiritual growth of the believers.

We are not called to “improve” the governments of the lost of the world. We are called to come out of it and proclaim salvation out of the world, not into it.

Slavery was a scourge in New Testament times but none of the believers were instructed to campaign against it or try to remove it. We know it was and is sinful but this is all included in the reprobate world. Human rights went out the window right after sin was discovered in the Garden of Eden. The fall of man into sinfulness causes man to come under the authority and "foot" of other men. God never commanded His followers to change the black hearts of 99.9% of the world.

Certain Scriptures give us a powerful reason not to engage in politics.

Philippians 3.20 states, "For our citizenship (politics, enfranchisement, voting rights, etc) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ".

The Scripture tells us we are ambassadors in this world. Ambassadors do not interfere in the politics of the country in which he is only a temporary resident. As "ambassadors for Christ" WE ARE NOT TO INTERFERE IN THE GOVERNMENT OR POLITICS OF THIS LOST, DYING WORLD RULED BY SATAN.

The main tenet of modern political systems is the democratic principle. The essence of democracy is rejection of any notion of absolute truth or higher authority and rejection of absolute moral values through acceptance of the rightness of whatever the majority thinks. This is anti-scriptural, Anti-Christ and evil.

America is a 250 year old experiment and the first nation to vote for their rulers.

Voting was not part of Christ’s day nor the first centuries so voting in itself is ABSENT from Scripture. Recent events certainly indicate that the election process throughout the western nations is merely an illusion anyway.

Paul claimed the legal protection of his Roman citizenship but never participated politically nor taught Christians to do so (Acts 22.25-29).

The Lord’s words in John 18.36 state clearly the need for a separation from political actions and processes.

The Lord abstained from political activity. When He was here He was aware of society’s injustices and of the corrupted governments in authority (Mt 22.16-21).

It is quite clear from our Lord's Teachings throughout the New Testament: Let the dead vote for their dead.

The example which the Lord set His disciples was one of meekness, humility and obedience to the powers that be.

Christians are not directed to improve the world but to proclaim the gospel that condemns it and offers salvation from it.

Financial contributions to political parties, participation in election campaigns, running for political office and voting are all activities which constitute an unequal yoke with unbelievers.

To act differently from the world is a testimony against the world.

It is a statement that we are separate from a world system which is opposed to God. Our chief influence in the world is to be through prayer, not the ballot box.

We are called to represent God’s Mercy in His New Testament and not God's Justice as in the Old Testament.

The nations are lost, God’s judges every individual through His Son and based on His Son's Example to us.

In all of His time on earth, Jesus never taught about the rule of justice, but taught His disciples to be merciful and forgiving. Come to think of it and on a side note our Lord Jesus never acknowledged any of the systems of Satan's recently acquired role as the "god" of this world. Jesus never went to university nor sought esteem or career, nor public office. Nor did He acknowledge any of these systems as legitimate in any way.

Conversely, officers of the law are employed by government to guard and protect civilians and represent the justice of the law. They punish evildoers and lawbreakers and maintain order in society. Romans 13 describes their ministry as one of justice and retribution. We will use this chapter to contrast between their ministry and that of the Saints. What we may discover is that while God uses the government to minister justice, He calls upon the Saints to minister pardon, forgiveness, and mercy, so that all sinners may be reconciled unto Him:

Government was established by God to maintain order out of human chaos only:

Rom.13: [1] Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

[2] Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
[3] For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
[4] For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
[5] Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Saints do not deliver God's Justice nor His Wrath. True followers of Christ and His Teachings deliver the news of His Mercy and show the world His Example through His REAL Gospel message.

James 2:13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy

But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance

Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy

… having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing

As silly as this may sound, the majority of Believers today are persuaded they can serve government in the capacity of “justice keepers” and also pursue a full time ministry toward sinners. But I believe this type of political involvement is wrong and goes entirely contrary to the ministry of Christ, as one who came to save the sinners, not prosecute them to the full letter of the law.

The same could be said of those who believe in fighting for their country in order to forward a secular government’s agenda. God clearly told us through Paul that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood”

Governments can only deal with the physical character of sin. It tackles the visible ailments of a fallen human race. Jesus came to deal with the spiritual nature of sin, that which is invisible and hides itself well from the naked eye. His sole ministry was to expose the root cause of sin, thereby eliminating it.

The establishment of the Church as a spiritual Kingdom was so that it could function on the basis of these very principles and act to counterbalance the government system.

Can't you see how your world is falling apart? Your civilization that your ancestors put all their stock into, all their effort into, all their hearts into is now taken over and being destroyed the world's richest men.

Are you starting to see how fragile the works of man truly are? That these works of men were merely opposition control over the masses. That these ideals of men like liberty and the pursuit of happiness can be taken from you at will by those whom truly rule the world.

Are you starting to see that the greatest writings and edicts of man can be discarded at will by those whom ruled you all along, you just didn't know it. The pinnacle of which is the US Constitution. Written by men but always thought of as divine in its content. As unbreakable, as sacred, as unwavering and untouchable. Are you now seeing the truth that what one group of men can write, another group of men can rewrite or discard altogether?

Are you starting to see now that God has nothing to do with the nations of the world during our time? Ever wonder why God refers to the world's rulers as kings in the end when to us, few kings still exist on earth. Did God know that what we call presidents and prime ministers are just imaginary titles to give us a false sense of control over our destinies. The world's corrupt political systems lie continuously without shame because they have no fear of God. Without God in their calculations, they then become gods unto themselves and do what is right in their own eyes and best interests. To them it is survival of the most deceptive and ruthless (fittest to them). Why participate in an illusion of choice when you have no choice and never did? Let the dead vote for their dead.

Most "christians" say vote: But God says PAY YOUR TAXES AND OBEY THE HUMAN GOVERNMENT over you. Not as part of it but as a testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The only "vote" our Lord wants us to make is the vote for Him through His Gospel of Jesus Christ. To become His "elect"orate. He does not want us involved in the world system and all politics is of the world and the world's fake systems.

The only vote we are to proclaim to the lost and dying world is the VOTE for Jesus. To obey and accept His Gospel, leaving this world behind and following Him.

The works of God have nothing to do with the physical in this temporary and fake world system created and ran by Satan.

Our Lord Jesus Christ never once commanded us to fight against Satan's world system but rather He taught us to show His mercy and forgiveness in our actions and our words.

Satan has destroyed America and will remove her as a world power and voice to make way for the beast and his world system much sooner than even I thought.

In closing please consider that God did not raise up or install Biden nor Trump nor Obama nor any world leader in the last 2000 years. But Satan sure did. If you truly seek God's Wisdom we must remember what Testament we live under. Is it the Old Testament or is it the New Testament of Christ's Blood?

Imagine, if you will, God raising a king through voter fraud? Wake up folks, you live under the New Testament, not the Old. God gave the world's governments to Satan 2000 years ago and He hasn't been involved in any of it since and won't be until He Returns to set up true Righteous Government. This is the "mystery" of the Church age, the gap between Daniel's 69th and 70th week. God has only provided details about the beginning and the ending of this age because He is silent during our time.

In fact after the first century historical record of Jesus' New Spiritual Kingdom on earth, there is no other mention of any events during the last 2000 years contained in Scripture. God calls our age a "mystery" for a reason.
Revelation Chapters 2 and 3 give a snapshot of types of believers in the beginning and a snapshot of what they become in the end. That is the only reference to our age in Scripture. This mystery is also kept throughout the Old Testament. Correlate this to Daniel's 70th week. There is no mention because God is not directly involved folks, put your thinking caps on. He gave us His Complete Word and Spirit to guide us, there has not been nor will there be any intervention by God until His Day begins. After that all of Creation is restored by Him to what He originally made it to be. The Father and Son are silent during our time because The Spirit is here continuously until His Day begins. Nor will there be any revival from God until His Day begins. Hosea gives another hint of "mystery" briefly.

In other words, let the dead vote for their dead. We who are alive by His Spirit should not squabble over which dead guy will be our next fake ruler in this counterfeit world system. None of them rule over us, only our Lord Jesus Christ does. Do not bend the knee to any dead man. Oh, I know they won't like it and they will soon come to murder you for it but who cares, our lives since rebirth hold no hope in this world. Once human government no longer punishes the evil but rather rewards the evil and punishes the good, then it is no longer government in God's eyes nor should it be in our eyes.
